Mold in Crawlspace

Our crews were called to mold in the crawlspace in a home.  The are was properly tested by an industrial hygienist confirming it was mold. In NYS it is the law that mold over 10 consecutive feet must be tested by an industrial hygienist. Our crews HEPA vacuumed the area to start.  The HEPA vac traps mold spores.  They then sprayed an antimicrobial and cleaned the area .  The area was then dried with fans and dehumidifiers.  Finally , it was painted with mold resistant paint.  The crew did a fantastic job !
