Sewage in basement

Upon arrival,  we were notified that the customer had a sewage back up in their basement.  Over the past week, the town had experienced heavy rainfall amounts .  Many of the city sewer systems were backed up in the area.  The crew came in and removed content that was effected by the sewage. When content is affected it must be thrown out due to the different contaminants that it could contain.  Our crews removed the carpet and pad. They extracted the water.  They set up fans and dehumidifiers to properly dry out the- area.  They then washed the floor with an antimicrobial product .
