Laundry Room Flood

The basement flooded due to a failed sump pump as a result of a power outage. The water from the loss had affected 3 rooms.  The before picture illustrates the water in the laundry room with a lot of content and debris.  The crews removed the content and extracted the water.  They also had to remove some tile that was affected.  They then set the fans and dehumidifiers up. The customer was very happy with the hard work and effort that the crew had put in.  At SERVPRO of Eastern Niagara County our customers are number 1!
