Niagara Falls Senior Facility Needs Biohazard Remediation

In a Niagara Falls adult care unit, an accident occurred that left feces on the floor creating a very unsafe environment as seen in the Before Photo with brown stains tracked across the carpet to the doorway. Management brought in SERVPRO technicians to carefully remove the solid waste in the carpet fibers and disinfect the area. The technicians worked without needing to move the bed out of the way in the room and limiting the disruption for the patient. After the removal of the solids, the technicians concentrated on deep cleaning the carpet in the room. When SERVPRO works on deep cleaning, many methods address only the tips of the fibers, the technicians have access to hot water extraction equipment that cleans the carpet all the way down to the backing material, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
