James Renford at SERVPRO made an extremely difficult situation much more manageable. My mother experiencing a devastating fire at her apartment complex was not only a loss of her personal belongings, but took a huge emotional toll. James was compassionate, kind, and helpful. He carefully listened and gave us easy steps to follow for the SERVPRO process. His communication was thorough. He promptly followed up on every single question we sent his way. More so, he genuinely appeared to care about my mother and her well-being. We are so thankful for James and his team supporting us through the fire recovery.
