I had to enlist the services of SERVPRO after my sump pump stopped working and the majority of my finished basement flooded. My carpet was soaked, boxes soaked, so much ruined and the smell was horrible. For two days I tried to clean it myself, but it did seem to get much better, you could feel the moisture in the air. SERVPRO came in and examined the situation and made us feel confident they would be able to help without having to completely gut the basement. After a few days of running several very large fans and a dehumidifier everything dried out just like they said. Everyone from this location was very nice and extremely helpful. I am very happy we decided to go with them!!
